I read the other reviews online before reaching out, and they were spot on. I typically have a hard time trusting dealerships, especially when it comes to negotiation, but All Things Automotive made the whole process smooth and straightforward. I purchased a used car remotely and had the pleasure of working with Kaleb Skiles. He was honest, direct, and incredibly helpful. Kaleb went out of his way to take detailed photos, answer all my questions, and get the paperwork done quickly. No pressure, no upselling—just a genuine, no-nonsense approach. While I always highly recommend flying in to inspect a used car in person, I felt comfortable skipping that step this time since the car only had 4,700 miles on it. Kaleb made sure I had everything I needed to feel confident in my decision. After the car was delivered, I noticed a few minor scuffs on the bottom of the front lip/bumper—nothing major, just signs of previous use. I brought it up, and management didn’t hesitate to offer to cover the cost of paint correction. That kind of follow-up service really says a lot. I’ve dealt with many dealerships in the past, and it’s usually a headache. But this place? Easily the most transparent and pleasant experience I’ve had. Highly recommend—even if you’re not from Pennsylvania.

Had a really smooth experience buying my first convertible/sports car from All Things Automotive. I picked up a Mercedes-Benz E-Class E550 Convertible, and Kaleb made the whole process easy. I was driving three hours to get there, and he had everything ready ahead of time so I could be in and out quickly. He sent extra pictures and videos in advance, answered all my questions with full transparency, and even spent time after the sale helping me figure out all the features. He also checked in with me afterward, which I really appreciated. The manager was also very helpful and personable. At no point did I feel pressured—they walk you through the whole process, offer honest advice, and make sure you’re comfortable with every step. I was really happy with the experience and would definitely recommend them.

I ran over a dead groundhog and somehow lodged a bone into my tire. It was flat in 10 minutes. Magically, I was able to pull into All things Automotive. They came out like Knights in shining armour and started working on my tire. They put on my spare and and took my tire to be patched. My original tire was ready promptly. The price was beyond reasonable. Dan and his team made me feel like a priority. I live over 30 minutes away, but will be returning for further service there. I am extremely impressed.

Great dealership! So let's start i know i can be a pain in the ass, I asked probally 500 questions to Hannah and she had enough patients to answer all of them with zero issue. Never felt rushed! I ended up having then drive the truck to me. Test drive it when it came to my driveway it was just as they described it. I live in md so had to have it md inspected, so they covered everything on the inspection. Sent me a check in mail. Just waiting for tags and title now. Hannah was great to work with and the dealership really was do easy and loyal. Very happy. Thanks again!

All Things Automotive is precious gem hidden in the middle of Pennsylvania. If I had the privilege of buying a vehicle annually I wouldn’t mind making this 8.5 hour drive every year. Shalle was amazing saleswoman and was extremely helpful. Chase helped me finish my paper work in a timely and friendly matter, and Hannah (another saleswoman) made sure the whole process in between went smoothly, test drive, hospitality, etc.

I had been looking for a Canyon Denali with the Diesel for a while now but they were hard to find nearby in decent condition. Typically I don't recommend buying vehicles online, sight unseen but All Things Automotive made it super easy with detailed videos and vehicle history that I had to give them a try. Everyone over the phone was super nice and answered all my questions and texts. They even delivered the vehicle 6 hours away and it arrived in wonderful condition! Super happy with the purchase and highly recommend!
