I highly recommend ATA! I was visiting family in Fulton County and my vehicle needed towed. From my first call, both Patience and Matt, the service manager, were beyond amazing! I was treated with respect and Matt went above and beyond to figure out the issues with my vehicle, called to talk over the situation, and was extremely honest in telling me that Honda had a service warranty that would cover my issues at no cost. He arranged for an early tow back to my home dealership for them to make the repairs. If you’re looking for people who you can trust, and you know they have your back, call ATA!!

We drove out from the Pittsburgh area to look at a vehicle we had found at All Things Automotive. Was it worth the drive? 100%!!! Caleb and Hannah were both absolutely wonderful to work with, answered every question and were never once pushy (always drives me crazy.) It was the ONLY time purchasing a vehicle where I felt as if it wasn't me trying to negotiate the best price, but that the team at ATA were trying to find me the best price and working for me not just with me. Experience at All Things Auto was amazing. We found a car online at All Things Auto in Pennsylvania. We were driving from Charlotte, NC to look at the car and purchase the car. I called the day before we were headed from Charlotte, NC to Pennsylvania to make sure that they would hold the car for us. On the day that we drove to Pennsylvania, we called All Things Auto to let them know that we were on our way. When we pulled up at All Things Auto, they had the car pulled up at the front and ready for my son and I to look at and test drive. We decided to purchase the car and the buying process was easy and seem less.

All Things Automotive – – What an AMAZING experience! Cole, who answered my craigslist ad, made me a great offer, and made the whole transaction simple. After Texting back-and-forth and exchanging a few documents — the deal was done. Cole set up the pick up for the very next day. Two charming gentlemen met me at my bank with a car clearly marking the business, as well as shirts identifying them as All Things Automotive representatives. They inspected my truck, we completed the paperwork, and I was handed a check, which was verified by my bank, as Cole suggested, for the agreed on amount. Having this transaction take place at one’s bank is their way of making prospective customers confident that they are legit. To make things even better, Cole Informed me that although they couldn’t use the extended warranty I had purchased that I could get a refund for the unused portion of the extended warranty. Now that’s a dealership that’s really looking out for its customers. This dealership and its employees are a WOW in my book. I would definitely recommend All Things Automotive to anyone looking to buy or sell a vehicle.

I just wanted to share a little "excellent customer service" story. Yesterday I had an appointment at All Things Automotive to get my truck inspected. As I was pulling in, my daughter got car sick and puked all through my backseat. I pulled up to the doors and asked if they could get me some water to clean up quick so I didnt put their schedule behind (I had some rags already). Matt in the service department went above and beyond! He brought be a bucket of hot water, a roll of paper towels, and a trash bag. AND he stood there and held the bag open for me while I threw dirty puke paper towels away! I apologized a million times knowing it was taking awhile and he kept reassuring me it was no big deal, life happens. Anyone else would have said "yuck, you're on your own!". He even walked through the waiting room a little later and asked how she was feeling. We've had nothing but great experiences at ATA and yesterday was no exception. Thank you to Matt at ATA!!

Recently needed service on my truck that I purchased from ATA. I easily made the appointment and dropped it off. Matt in service called and let me know what the codes were and what needed done. Thankfully I purchased the extended warranty which was needed for this repair. Matt called the warranty company and got approval. Everything was taken care of with great communication between the service department and myself. I appreciate all work done on my truck so far.
